• GSHPA Pre-Screen Background Check

• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check

• Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance Form

• Federal Fingerprint Criminal Background Check or FBI Check Disclaimer

3.) Complete Penn State's 2015 "Building a Safe Penn State: Reporting Child Abuse" training.
