Penn State Campus Girl Scouts
Feb 24--OMH hosted a First Aid badge for Brownies. We had a visit from a Penn State Nursing professor Gwen Holderman who taught us a lot about the importance of hand washing and taking care of infants. We also learned about basic first aid and the importance of 911 and how to identify poison ivy.
March 18--OMH hosted the Good Sportsmanship badge for Cadettes. We had a lot of fun discussing different scenarios that helped us to better understand how to be a "good sport". We played games that helped us to practice these ideas, made artwork, and talked to Penn State Club Swim about how they practice good sportsmanship.
